Shipping Info/Return & Refund Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR ONLINE ORDERS (PLEASE READ)
• We make every attempt to ship your order the day it is received however, orders may take 1-3 days to process before they are shipped from our location. Please allow an additional 3-5 days to receive your order once it has been shipped.
• As a safety precaution, we attach a signature confirmation to certain orders. Priority instances that will gain a signature include, but are not limited too, orders valuing over $100 or packages going to an apartment complex. If you an unsure if your order will gain a Signature Confirmation and you want to remove it or add, please feel free to always email or call.
• Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following Monday
• Please note that some of our sale items and out of season items are stored in our warehouse. This may cause a 1-3 day shipping delay.
• Need your item fast? We offer expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail. Please include in the "NOTES" section at checkout if you would like your order to arrive by a specific date or you can contact us directly so we can help you choose the best shipping option for your needs.

Due to recent increases in UPS shipping charges, we will no longer offer UPS as an option for online orders. Also, we would like to note that the cost of shipping footwear via UPS has increased significantly and due to this increase, we are forced to ship all shoes via USPS Priority Mail.
In the event you order multiple pairs of shoes and the value of the package is less than $100, we will use whichever shipper (either UPS or USPS) is less expensive. In the event your are charged more than the actual shipping cost, we will reimburse you the difference.

Certain items such as jewelry and swimwear are not eligible for a refund; exchange or store credit only.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
This includes all lingerie, hosiery and undergarment items, hats and any item that is worn without visible sign of manufacturer defect.
SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please also include your receipt along with the completed return form that is included in your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds for Online Purchases (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY
EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 15, 2014, we no longer offer refunds for merchandise purchased in store. Any merchandise purchased in our store will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
All exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase and must be unworn, with original tags and/or original box (for shoes) in tact.
Several type of merchandise are not eligible for return: This includes adult personal items, lingerie, jewelry, hosiery and undergarments.
SALE MERCHANDISE IN STORE IS CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

We will make every attempt to exchange the item for you in the appropriate size. In the event that the size you request is NOT available, a store credit (issued in the form of a gift card) will be issued valid for 1 year from date of purchase for merchandise return that was purchased at a sale price.
